KKL Luzern - Luzernersaal is one of the most versatile venues within the renowned KKL Luzern Culture and Convention Centre, an architectural work by Jean Nouvel. The Lucerne Hall is positioned between the complex's distinctive water channels and connects to a light-filled foyer opening directly onto Europaplatz. The hall provides approximately 1,127 m² of event space and a stage of around 180 m² and, depending on the configuration, can accommodate up to 2,044 visitors, making it suitable for concerts, shows, congresses, presentations, gala dinners and other large-scale events.
The interior is designed around flexibility, allowing seating, stage and audience areas to be adapted to the requirements of individual events. A flexible stage and professional sound, lighting and multimedia infrastructure support a wide range of productions, while the spacious foyer provides convenient areas for arrival, gathering and movement before and after an event. KKL Luzern also includes food and beverage venues, allowing cultural and business programmes to be combined with additional services within the same complex.
The venue is located at Europaplatz 1, Lucerne, Switzerland, immediately next to the city's main railway station. Only a few steps separate the platforms of Lucerne railway station from KKL Luzern, while bus services stop around the station square. Visitors arriving by car can use the underground parking beneath KKL Luzern, where lifts from parking areas 1 and 2 provide direct access to the building.
