Yotsuba Arena Tokachi is a modern multipurpose arena in Obihiro, opened in 2020 and designed as a three-storey reinforced-concrete structure with partial steel construction. Its main arena can accommodate sporting competitions, concerts and other large events, with a maximum capacity of up to 5,464 visitors and 2,883 spectator seats in its standard sports configuration. Flexible seating allows the venue to be adapted to different types of events.
Inside, the main and sub arenas are complemented by changing rooms, warm-up areas, lounges, rest spaces and multipurpose rooms. The seating layout provides clear views of the event area, while the acoustic experience at concerts and other productions depends on the individual stage and sound-system configuration. The venue also provides wheelchair spaces, accessible toilets, elevators and additional facilities for families with children.
1 Chome-1-1 Odorikita, Obihiro, Japan is directly served by the arena's parking areas: the main car park in front of the entrance has approximately 300 spaces, with additional parking available on the north side of the building. The Nishi 2-jo 1-chome bus stop is approximately a three-minute walk away, making the final approach to the entrance convenient for visitors using public transport.
